Okay, so finding them was half the battle. Then came the setup:

- Minimum Order: They had one, but it was much more manageable than the first place I contacted. Still a decent amount of bread, but doable.

- Delivery: They had set delivery days for my area. Had to make sure I ordered a couple of days in advance. Delivery fee was reasonable.
- Payment: Standard net 30 terms after the first couple of prepaid orders.
First order arrived, properly frozen, well-packed. The bread quality was good, consistent. Been ordering from them ever since.

You gotta talk to people, try different angles, and sometimes get lucky finding a supplier that fits your scale. But it is possible.
