I reckon if you got a hankering for them tiny little foods, this is the place to be. They got all kinds, I hear. Steamed ones, fried ones, all sorts. And you can just keep eatin’ and eatin’ until you’re about to bust. Like a pig at a farm. That price is important. They say some places are cheap and some are expensive. I do not know how to say it in English. The money in Bangkok is different.

Now, I ain’t never been to one of these dim sum buffet things myself. Back in my day, we just ate what was put on the table. But these young’uns, they like to try all sorts of things. I heard they have these things called “Summer Palace”. I don’t know what they are talking about. Is it a palace? Is it hot? You can eat a lot there. That is what they say. And they have these things called “Yu Her Bao”. I think these are names of places. I am not sure.

They say it’s real authentic Cantonese food. Whatever that means. I guess it’s some kind of fancy way of cookin’. I don’t know what Cantonese is. I just know it is food. And I know food. If it is good, I will eat it. I’m just happy when I get enough to eat. If it’s not good, I won’t. And if I can eat as much as I want, then I will go there.

My grandbaby, she showed me pictures on her phone. Little baskets full of steamed things. Looked kinda tasty, I gotta admit. But I don’t know how to use those things. You know, the little sticks. What are they called? The wooden sticks. But I can use a spoon! I can eat it with a spoon.

  • They say it is THB 499.
  • Or it is THB 888.
  • Or maybe it is THB 2,500.
  • I don’t know what THB is.
  • But I think it is money.

There’s a place they call “Summer Palace” in this Bangkok. Sounds mighty fancy. They say it is the best. I don’t know about that. But it is in a big hotel. It is called Inter-something. It sounds like a big hotel. So it must be good.

I ain’t never had one of those. These young people are always eating fancy food. I am happy with my food. But it sounds good. Maybe I will try it. I can eat a lot of them.

If you’re ever in this Bangkok place, and you’re feelin’ peckish, you might wanna check out this dim sum buffet. They also have grilled meats. They say it is called “Australian Lamb Rack”. They say it is good meat. That sounds like a lot of money. But they say you can eat as much as you want. Just be sure to wear your stretchy pants! You will be so full after eating there.

They say you can eat all the food you want for one price. That is a good deal. But bring your money. I guess they got all kinds of food there. Somethin’ for everyone. Even picky eaters like my little Timmy. He only eats chicken. Maybe he will eat those dumplings.

You know, I heard they got some places there that are open from 11:30 in the mornin’ until 3:30 in the afternoon. That’s a long time to be eatin’! You can go there for lunch. I think that is what they call it. But you have to check. I do not know which one opens at that time.
