Just cook it good, don’t want no one gettin’ sick. Chicken satay salad, yeah, that’s the ticket. Some folks marinate it, fancy word for soaking it in some sauce. Makes it tasty, I guess.

You can put some spices on it if you like, salt and pepper, maybe some of that red stuff, paprika they call it. Make it look all pretty. Then you just cook it up. Probably don’t want to boil it, that might make it all mushy. Anyway, you just cook it until it’s done, and that’s it. If you ask me, it is really super simple.

These recipes are good for busy moms. My daughter, she’s got three kids, always runnin’ around. She needs these super quick easy dinner ideas. Save time for busy people. Those kids will like those healthy dinners.

Then there are these things they call “bowls” now. You basically just throw a bunch of stuff in a bowl and eat it. Rice, beans, meat, veggies, whatever you got. You can make it healthy with some grilled chicken, that will be good.

It’s like a deconstructed taco, I guess. Or a stir-fry without the stir-frying. Anyway, it’s easy, and you can use up all your leftovers that way. Just make sure you got a big enough bowl. That’s important, a big bowl.

My favorite casserole has noodles, and some tomato sauce, and some ground beef, and lots of cheese. It’s so good, and it makes a lot, so you have leftovers for days. That’s what I like, a meal that keeps on givin’. That is a super quick easy dinner for a family.
