Alright, so today I’m gonna spill the beans on some super quick and easy hairdos I’ve been messing around with. Nothing fancy, just stuff that gets the hair outta my face without looking like a total slob.

Quick easy hairdos: Simple styles for busy mornings

First up, the classic messy bun. I started by flipping my head upside down and gathering all my hair like I’m about to make a ponytail. Then, instead of pulling it all the way through the elastic, I just looped it halfway and kinda fanned it out. A few bobby pins later to secure the strays, and boom! Done. Seriously takes like two minutes.

Next, the low ponytail with a twist (literally). I parted my hair to the side and pulled it back into a low pony. Before securing it with an elastic, I split the hair right above the elastic in half, creating a little hole. Then, I flipped the ponytail up and through that hole. It makes it look a little more polished than a regular ponytail, and it’s so easy.

Then I tried a half-up top knot. I grabbed the top section of my hair, like from my temples up, and gathered it into a mini ponytail. Then I twisted it around itself until it formed a little bun on top of my head. A small elastic and a couple of pins, and it stayed put. It’s great when you want your hair down but not completely down, ya know?

Another one I’ve been digging is using a headband. I just plopped a cute headband on, pushing back any flyaways. It instantly makes you look like you put way more effort in than you actually did. I like the thicker fabric ones because they hold my hair back better.

I also played around with braids. I am no expert, but a simple side braid is totally doable. I just moved all my hair over to one side, split it into three sections, and started braiding. I didn’t even bother trying to make it perfect. A little messy is fine, I think it looks better that way! Secured with an elastic, and that’s it.

I messed around with claw clips too! I gathered my hair like I was making a low ponytail, then twisted it upwards and clipped it with a big claw clip. It’s comfy and surprisingly stylish.

Honestly, all of these took me less than five minutes each. I’m all about efficiency in the mornings, so these are perfect. Give ‘em a try, maybe you’ll find your new go-to hairdo!
