Alright, so I found myself with a couple of bananas sitting on the counter, getting those little brown spots. You know the ones. Didn’t want ’em to go to waste, and honestly, I wasn’t in the mood for anything complicated. Just needed something fast.

First thing I did was grab one of those ripe bananas. Peeled it, chucked it onto a plate. Then I just grabbed a fork and went at it. Mashed it up real good. Didn’t take long, maybe thirty seconds? It gets soft fast when they’re ripe like that.
While I was mashing, I popped a slice of bread in the toaster. Basic stuff. Once the toast popped up, I spread that mashed banana right on top, edge to edge. Thought about adding peanut butter first, but wanted to keep it really simple this time. Maybe a sprinkle of cinnamon? Yeah, added a tiny bit.
And that was it. Took like, what, two minutes total? Tasted decent. Sweet, easy, and used up a banana. Can’t complain about that.

Okay, had one banana left. Still wanted quick. Blender time.
So, I peeled the last banana, broke it into a few chunks, and dropped them into my old blender. Nothing fancy here. Then I poured in some milk. Didn’t measure precisely, maybe about a cup? Just enough to cover the banana mostly.

Put the lid on, hit the button. Whizzed it up for maybe 20 seconds. Watched it turn smooth. That’s all there was to it.
